Our journey began with a simple search for a tractor for my own property. Frustrated by the lack of quality options available, I enlisted the help of my brother, Billy, who had invaluable experience in the equipment trade. After nearly a year of searching and countless miles traveled, we finally found a reliable used tractor. This experience sparked the idea for HEA, (Heartland Equipment Associates).
In the summer of 2022, I opened my sales lot in Monett, initially offering portable storage buildings, carports, and garages. However, after recognizing the significant need for quality used equipment in our area, we came together to expand our offerings to include farm equipment in the fall of the same year. Since then, Billy and I have leveraged our combined 40 years of experience in customer service and sales to help numerous customers—from our local community to customers in other states and even other countries—find the perfect equipment solutions.
